Service Engagement & Contracts
Engaging KinaTech Web Agency's services constitutes an agreement to our pricing, scope, and project timelines, as outlined in your proposal or invoice. A written or digital agreement must be accepted before any work begins. KinaTech Web Agency reserves the right to revise pricing or project terms at any point with client acknowledgment.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete and timely information and approvals
- Responding to requests and feedback within agreed timeframes
- Understanding that delays in response can impact timelines and incur additional costs
Use of the Website
Visitors and users of our website agree not to:
- Misuse the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to breach or probe our security systems

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the right to showcase completed client projects in our online portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials.
Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay fees as described in their invoices. Full or partial payment may be required upfront based on project scope. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, ACH, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. Projects may be suspended until outstanding balances are paid in full.
If a payment dispute arises, clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or legal claim.
Revisions and Scope Creep
Initial project scope includes a predefined number of revisions. Additional requests outside this scope will be treated as a "change request" and may incur additional fees. Changes must be submitted in writing to avoid confusion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KinaTech Web Agency shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:
- Delays or service interruptions
- Misuse or unauthorized use of our website or deliverables
- Loss of data or profits resulting from cyberattacks or hosting failures
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if a client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior. In such cases, all completed work remains the intellectual property of KinaTech Web Agency until payment is received.
Clients may terminate a project with 10 business days' notice. Refunds for terminated projects are governed by our Refund Policy.
Modifications to Terms
KinaTech Web Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and clients will be notified via email where applicable. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, TX.
