Refund Policy
At KinaTech Web Agency, we aim to deliver services that exceed expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations.
General Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of digital services and the time-intensive nature of custom work, most fees are non-refundable once a project has commenced.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Clients may request a refund in the following cases:
- The project was not started, and the client canceled within 48 hours of payment
- A major failure in meeting agreed-upon deliverables without cause
- Services were purchased, but no meaningful work has begun
Partial refunds may be issued for projects where some work has been completed but not delivered as agreed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom design/development work already completed
- Domain registration and third-party software licenses
- Projects are delayed due to client inactivity or late responses
- Monthly or annual maintenance plans have already been rendered
Cancellation of Projects
Clients who wish to cancel a project must provide written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
If a project is paused or put on hold for 30+ days due to client inactivity, KinaTech reserves the right to close the project with no refunds.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email a written explanation to inquiry@kinatechwebagency.com
- Include project name, payment date, and specific reason for the request
- We will respond within 5–7 business days
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in project termination and legal action to recover damages.
